How to Download the HAL Interview Call Letter 2026
Candidates can download their interview call letter using the same login credentials as used for the CBT admit card and written result. The process is as follows:
- Visit the official HAL recruitment portal at cbexams.com or the Careers section of hal-india.co.in.
- Look for the link related to "Interview Call Letter" for Design Trainee / Management Trainee 2026 under Advt. No. HAL/CHRC-TM/RECT-02/2026.
- Log in using your Application Number and Date of Birth. A captcha may also be required.
- Your Interview Call Letter will be displayed on the screen. It will contain details of your interview date, time slot, and venue.
- Download and save the call letter. Take at least two clear printouts for future use.

- Candidates must apply for only one post (either DT or MT). Applying for both will lead to rejection.
