KVS NVS Tier 3 Interview Call Letter 2026 Released

Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) and Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS) have released the Tier 3 Interview / Skill Test Call Letter 2026. This is for candidates who have been shortlisted for the final stage of the Teaching & Non-Teaching Recruitment.

The call letters are being released in stages starting from 31 August 2026.

How to Download the KVS NVS Tier 3 Interview Call Letter 2026

1. Visit the official website - kvsangathan.nic.in or navodaya.gov.in.
2. Go to the "Announcements", "Latest Updates", or "Recruitment" section on the homepage.
3. Click the link titled "KVS/NVS Teaching & Non-Teaching Recruitment 2026 – Tier 3 Interview Call Letter" or "Skill Test Call Letter".
4. Log in using your Enrollment Number / Registration Number and Date of Birth (or password, as prompted).

Required Documents for the Tier 3 Interview

Carry the following documents in original, along with the specified number of self-attested photocopies, to the interview venue:

• Tier 3 Interview / Skill Test Call Letter: Printed copy, downloaded from the official login.
• Educational Certificates & Mark Sheets: 10th, 12th, Graduation, Post-Graduation, B.Ed/D.El.Ed, CTET certificate (as applicable to the post), with two sets of self-attested photocopies.
• Category / Caste Certificate: Valid SC / ST / OBC-NCL / EWS / PwBD certificate in the prescribed format, where applicable.
• No Objection Certificate (NOC): Required if currently employed in a Government or Semi-Government organisation.
• Photo Identity Proof: Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Voter ID, Passport, or Driving Licence (original).
• Biodata / Proforma: As specified in the Tier 3 interview call letter.
