NBEMS Admit Card vs. Exam City Intimation Slip

The Exam City Intimation Slip, released on 18 August 2026, only informed candidates about their allotted exam city to help with travel planning. It cannot be used for entry into the exam hall.

The Admit Card, released on 1 September 2026, is the official entry document. It contains the exact exam centre address, reporting time, gate closure time, and other important instructions for the exam day. Candidates must carry their admit card, not the city slip, to the examination centre.

Documents Required at the NBEMS Exam Centre

  • Printed copy of the Admit Card.
  • At least one valid photo ID proof: UID/Aadhaar Card, Government-issued ID card, Voter ID, Driving Licence, Passport, PAN Card, or a bank passbook copy with a photograph.
  • Passport-size colour photographs, identical to the one uploaded in the application form (keep at least 6 in reserve).
  • Printout of the online application form and confirmation page, for reference.

Important Instructions for Candidates

  • Mobile phones, pagers, Bluetooth devices, electronic watches, and calculators are strictly prohibited inside the examination hall.
  • Admission to the examination is purely provisional and does not confirm that eligibility has been verified.
  • Candidates must participate in all stages of the exam. No exemptions will be granted.
  • PwBD candidates can request a scribe facility or compensatory time of 20 minutes per hour of examination.
  • No candidate is entitled to TA/DA for appearing in the examination.
  • Furnishing false or inaccurate information can lead to cancellation of the test result and legal action.
  • Selected candidates will be required to execute a Penalty Bond agreeing to serve NBEMS for a minimum of 2 years.
