Rajasthan JET 2026 Shift Timings and Reporting Details

  • Admit Card: A clear, printed copy of the Rajasthan JET 2026 hall ticket.
  • Photograph: One recent passport-size photo matching the one uploaded during application.
  • Original Photo ID Proof: A valid government-issued ID Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, Driving License, PAN Card, or Passport. Photocopies, digital copies, or coaching institute-issued IDs will not be accepted.

Rajasthan JET 2026 Dress Code Regulations

SKRAU has enforced a strict dress code to prevent unfair means during the exam. Candidates should dress according to the following rules to avoid issues at the entry gate.

  • Male candidates:
    • Half-sleeve shirts or T-shirts only; full sleeves are prohibited.
    • All jewellery (rings, chains, earrings, bracelets, etc.) must be removed.
    • Coaching institute uniforms or branded apparel are banned.
  • Female candidates:
    • Half-sleeve kurtas, tops, or blouses only.
  • Footwear:
    • Slippers or low, heel-less sandals only.
    • Shoes and socks are strictly prohibited.
  • Other restrictions:
    • Clothing with large buttons, brooches, or metallic decorations is not allowed.

Rajasthan JET 2026 Exam Pattern and OMR Sheet Rules

Knowing the exam pattern and OMR marking rules in advance helps candidates avoid errors that could lead to disqualification. Here are the key details released by SKRAU:

  • Language: The JET paper is bilingual (English and Hindi), with English prevailing in case of discrepancy. Pre-PG and Ph.D. papers are in English only.
  • 5-Option Rule: Each question has five options (A–E). To answer, candidates darken A, B, C, or D; to skip a question, darkening circle E is mandatory.
  • Marking Scheme: +4 marks for each correct answer, −1 mark for each incorrect answer. Marking more than one option counts as wrong.
  • Stationery: Only the black ballpoint pen provided by the invigilator can be used. Erasers, correction fluid, and blades are strictly forbidden on the OMR sheet; damaged sheets will not be replaced.
  • Subject Selection (JET candidates): Out of 5 available subjects, candidates must attempt only the three subjects they studied/passed in Class 12. Attempting a wrong combination leads to disqualification.

Candidates are advised to preserve their admit card after the exam, as it will be required again during counselling and admission.
