Vacancy Details

There is 01 vacancy for the post of Quality Manager/Compliance Monitoring Manager.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for these posts, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• An engineering degree in aeronautical, mechanical, electrical, electronic, avionic fields, or be an aircraft maintenance technician. Alternatively, candidates with studies relevant to aircraft maintenance and continuing airworthiness can apply.
• Minimum 05 years of experience in the aviation industry, specifically in aircraft maintenance, continuing airworthiness management, or as a Quality Manager (CMM).
• Must be SMS Qualified.
• Knowledge of DGCA regulations and other relevant legislation governing aircraft operations and maintenance.
• Good working knowledge of computer applications like documentation, emails, and spreadsheets.
• The candidate must satisfy the requirements as stipulated in DGCA CAR-CAMO.

Age Limit

The maximum age limit for engagement as a consultant is 65 years. Candidates can be re-engaged as consultants up to the age of 70 years, subject to their expertise and health conditions. The age is calculated as of the date of advertisement publication on the AAI website.

Salary / Pay Scale

The monthly remuneration for the selected candidates will be negotiable as per industry standards, ranging from Rs. 75,000 to Rs. 1,50,000. An annual increment of 5% is applicable on the monthly package.

• Any other documents supporting the eligibility criteria.

Important Instructions

• The appointment is on a full-time basis, and candidates cannot take up any other assignments during the contract period.
• An agreement will be executed on a Non-Judicial Stamp paper of Rs. 100/-.
• Consultants are not entitled to allowances like Dearness Allowance, Transport Facility, Residential Accommodation, etc.
• TA/DA will be admissible for official travel within the country, subject to approval.
• Candidates are required to mark attendance daily.
• Eligible candidates will get 15 days of leave per calendar year on a pro-rata basis.
• AAI reserves the right to terminate the services with one month's notice or remuneration in lieu.
• Canvassing in any form will lead to disqualification.
