The recruitment is for the following department:

The number of vacancies is provisional and can change. In case of non-availability of candidates from reserved categories, vacancies may be filled by general category candidates and vice versa for 89 days on an ad-hoc basis.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must possess a Post Graduate Degree (MD/DNB/DIPLOMA or equivalent) in the concerned stream (Anaesthesia).

The maximum age limit is 45 years as on 23.09.2026.

Age relaxation is applicable:

• 05 years for SC/ST candidates.
• 03 years for OBC candidates.

Salary / Pay Scale

Selected candidates will receive emoluments as per the 7th CPC pay matrix level 11. The pay scale is Rs. 67,700/- to Rs. 2,08,700/- per month, plus other admissible allowances.

Selection Process

The selection of candidates will be done through a walk-in interview only. Candidates must report with all required original documents for verification.

• DMC Certificate (acknowledgement slip is acceptable initially, but full certificate is required at joining)
• Experience Certificate (if any)
• NOC from present employer (if working on a regular basis)
• Relevant certificates for reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC/EWS/Non-Creamy Layer/PwD) issued by the Competent Authority on or before the interview date.

Important Instructions

• Candidates must report on time for attendance marking.
• No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
• The appointment is on an ad-hoc basis for 89 days, extendable up to three years or until regular/specialist doctors join, whichever is earlier. For regular candidates, the period is one year, extendable up to three years.
• OBC/EWS certificates must be issued from the Govt. of NCT of Delhi.
• Selected candidates must join within 07 working days of the offer letter.
• All appointments are subject to medical fitness and verification of certificates.
• In case of any discrepancy in documents, the offer of appointment may be cancelled, and legal action may be taken.
• The decision of the Medical Superintendent will be final.
