Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the following educational and experience requirements for the respective posts:

• Cooperative Intern:
  • MBA or equivalent (2-year PGDM) from an AICTE/UGC accredited institution in Marketing Management/Cooperative Management/Agri Business Management/Rural Development Management.
  • OR a Bachelor's degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Agriculture/Cooperation.
• Specialist (Social Mobilisation):
  • Graduate in Rural Development/Social Work/Sociology or Graduate with Diploma in Rural Development/Social Work from a recognized University/Institution.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in farmer mobilization, field demonstrations, organizing village-level meetings, etc.
