Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the following criteria to be eligible for the Medical Officer position:

MBBS degree from an institution recognized by the Medical Council of India (MCI).

A minimum of 20 years of experience is required. This includes at least 3 years of experience in the scrutiny and settlement of Medical Claims.

Candidates working in Central/State/Public Sector Enterprises at a minimum of E-4 level or equivalent are eligible. Central Government employees working in pay level-11 (pre-revised pay band-3) are also eligible.

The maximum age limit is 62 years as on the date of the notification.

Salary and Emoluments

The selected candidate will receive a total monthly salary and allowances of Rs. 1,20,000/- (Cost to Company basis).

• Salary: Rs. 1,00,000/-
• Allowances: Rs. 20,000/- (Out of Pocket taxable allowances for fuel, transport, and telephone)
• Annual increment of 3% per annum on the Salary Amount (i) is applicable.

Selection Process

The selection process will involve a personal interview for candidates who prima facie meet the eligibility criteria. AIAHL may conduct interviews every two weeks if suitable candidates are not found initially.

Tenure of Contract

The selected candidate will be appointed on a Fixed Term Employment Contract for a period of one year. This tenure may be extended or curtailed based on the company's requirements. The contract can be terminated at the management's discretion or in case of unsatisfactory performance.

Documents Required

• If currently employed in the private sector, a certificate from the employer certifying the role of Medical Officer or equivalent on the company's letterhead.

Applicants serving in Government/Semi-Government/Public Sector Undertakings must apply through the proper channel and submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their present employer at the time of the interview. Retired candidates from these sectors do not require an NOC.
