AI Engineering Services Limited (AIESL), a subsidiary of AI Asset Holding Limited and a Government of India Public Sector Undertaking, has announced recruitment for the post of Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

AIESL is a major player in the aviation industry, specializing in Aircraft Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) services. The company manages and maintains various aircraft fleets and has state-of-the-art facilities.

Job Description

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will report to the Chairman and Managing Director of AI Asset Holding Limited. The CEO is responsible as the DGCA approved “Accountable Manager” and will ensure the growth and sustainability of AIESL by implementing global best practices. The role requires professional qualifications and a proven track record in leadership.

Eligibility Criteria

Applications are invited from both external candidates (from the open market) and internal candidates (eligible permanent employees of AIAHL and its subsidiaries).

• External Candidates: Must possess a BE/B.Tech Degree or equivalent in Mechanical/Aeronautical/Electrical/Electronics/Telecommunication/Instrumentation/Production/Electronics & Communication Engineering from a recognized institute. An MBA or equivalent Post Graduate Management Degree/Diploma/Certificate, preferably in Aeronautical Engineering/Marketing/Materials/Finance/HR Management, is desirable.
• Internal Candidates: Must possess a BE/B.Tech Degree or equivalent in Mechanical/Aeronautical/Electrical/Electronics/Telecommunication/Instrumentation/Production/Electronics & Communication Engineering from a recognized institute.

The age of the candidate should not be more than 58 years as on 1st July 2026.

• External Candidates: Candidates from Central/State/Public Sector Enterprises working at the Level of E-7 and above with 20 years of managerial experience, including at least 5 years at a senior managerial level (not more than two levels below CEO/Head of Institute) in the aviation industry, will be considered. Private sector candidates working not more than 2 levels below CEO/Head of Institution will also be considered. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in large organizations and managing large groups of employees.
• Internal Candidates: Eligible permanent employees of AIAHL & its subsidiaries currently working at Senior Management Level (E-7 and above) with 20 years of experience in Aviation Engineering, including at least 10 years at a managerial level and at least 5 years at a senior managerial level (Level E-7 or above).

Salary / Emoluments

The emoluments for the CEO post are as follows:

• Fixed Gross Emolument: Rs. 3 lakh per month
• Special Allowance: 20% of gross emoluments
• House Rent Allowance (HRA): 30% of (Fixed Gross Emolument + Special Allowance)

Selection Process

The selection procedure will involve a two-tier process, which may be based on personal interview(s) of shortlisted candidates. The final selection is at the sole discretion of the Management.
