Eligibility Criteria

• Essential Qualification: MBBS/BVSc/BDS + Post Graduate Degree (MD/MVSc/MDS/MPH), including integrated PG degrees, with three years of post-qualification experience. OR MBBS/BVSc/BDS with MPH/PhD with three years of post-qualification experience.
• Desirable Qualification: Expertise in Occupational, Environmental and Climate-Health Research, Epidemiology, Public Health Research, Longitudinal Study Design, Quantitative/Qualitative Data Analysis using Python/R. Experience in Clinical/Field Research, Occupational Health Surveillance, Multicentric Research Coordination, Independent Research, Scientific Publication, Research Proposal/Grant Writing, Scientific Communication, Presentation, Stakeholder Engagement, Multidisciplinary Collaboration, large-scale project management, IPR/patent management, technology transfer, regulatory framework compliance, technical documentation, quality assurance, device safety, standards compliance, compliance monitoring and assurance for digital health/IoT devices. Working knowledge of Digital Health, IoT/Wearable Technologies, Data Science and AI-enabled Health-Risk Prediction.

• Essential Qualification: Post Graduate Degree, including integrated PG degrees, with three years post-qualification experience OR PhD. OR For Engineering/IT/CS graduates: Four Years Bachelor's degree with three years post-qualification experience.
• Desirable Qualification: Expertise in IoT, embedded systems, Digital Twin and wearable technologies (Arduino, ESP32/ESP8266, Raspberry Pi-based sensor integration, real-time data acquisition). Proficiency in Python/R, data science, statistical analysis, AI/ML, and predictive modelling for occupational and climate-health risk assessment and Digital Twin development. Expertise in MLOps. Experience in digital health device prototyping, sensor-based product development, hardware-software integration, field testing of wearable/IoT-enabled health devices. Experience in development and integration of local/virtual servers, web servers, APIs, databases, cloud platforms, dashboards, and UI/UX interfaces. Knowledge and experience in regulatory framework compliance, technical documentation, quality assurance, device safety, standards compliance, compliance monitoring and assurance for digital health/IoT devices. Strong skills in scientific writing, technical documentation, presentation, communication, multidisciplinary collaboration, project management, IPR/patent management, and technology transfer.

Selection Process
