Eligibility Criteria

Candidates applying for these posts must be officers from Central/State Governments, Union Territories, Universities, Statutory/Autonomous Bodies, or Research and Development Organizations. They must be holding analogous posts on a regular basis or meet specific service requirements.

Educational Qualification and Experience

The specific qualifications and experience required for each post are:

• CSSD Officer: Officers holding analogous posts on a regular basis. Alternatively, CSSD Supervisor with five or seven years of regular service in the grade pay of Rs. 5400/- or Rs. 4600/-, respectively.
• Executive Engineer (Civil):
  • Holding analogous posts on a regular basis.
  • OR Assistant Engineer (Civil) with 5 years of regular service in the grade pay of Rs. 5400/-.
  • OR Junior Engineer (Civil) with 7 years of regular service in the grade pay of Rs. 4600/-.

Age Limit

The maximum age limit for applicants is 56 years as of the last date for receiving applications (26.10.2026).

Salary / Pay Scale

Selected candidates will be placed in Level 11 of the Pay Matrix, with a pay scale ranging from Rs. 67,700 to Rs. 2,08,700 per month.

Selection Process

AIIMS Rishikesh will short-list candidates based on their bio-data. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview. Candidates must bring all original documents for verification at the time of the interview.

Documents Required

Applications must be forwarded through proper channel and include the following:

• Duly attested photocopies of Confidential Reports of the applicant (last five years).
• Vigilance Clearance Certificate (duly signed by an authorized officer, confirming no pending disciplinary or criminal proceedings).
• Latest Salary Slip (mentioning designation and grade pay & Level).
• Statement showing any minor/major penalties imposed, if any.
• A certificate about the integrity of the Officer.

Applications without vigilance clearance and attested copies of CR Dossiers will not be considered.

Important Instructions

• Applications received without the proper channel will not be considered.
• The number of vacancies can be decreased or cancelled before or after the interview without prior notice.
• The period of deputation will be initially for 3 years as per DoPT norms.
