• For Non-PG Candidates: In case PG candidates are not available, those with a Non-PG qualification and at least two years of experience in the concerned specialty may be considered.
• Registration: Must be registered with the Delhi Medical Council (DMC). Only qualifications incorporated in the DMC will be considered.
• Residency Completion: Candidates should not have completed three years of Senior Residency. However, under relaxed norms, candidates who have completed 3 years of Senior Residency may also be allowed to appear for the interview if fresh candidates are unavailable. A separate merit list will be prepared for such candidates.
