Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the following criteria to be eligible for the Guest Player positions:

Minimum age: 18 years
Maximum age: 30 years (as on the date of the advertisement)

Minimum 10th Standard Pass from a recognized Board.

Applicants must be local club players who have achieved one of the following:

• Represented a State / U.T. or the country in a National or International competition.
• Medal winner in Junior National Championships.
• Medal winner in Khelo India Youth Games (age category above 18 years).
• Medal winner in Khelo India Winter Games.
• Medal winner in Khelo India University Games.
• Medal winner in School Games Federation of India (SGFI) in the relevant sport.
• Represented their University in Inter-University Tournaments.
• Represented the State / U.T. School Team in the National Sports/games for schools.

Only Indian Citizens are eligible.

Salary / Pay Scale

Selected Guest Players will receive a monthly retainership amount of ₹25,000/-. Additional financial benefits may be provided as per the Bank's extant Sports Policy.

Selection Process

The selection process involves two main stages:

1. Scrutiny/Shortlisting: Applications will be reviewed based on the eligibility criteria.
2. Field Trials: Eligible candidates will undergo field trials to assess their skills, fitness, and other attributes.

Candidates will be evaluated based on a total of 100 marks, covering age, representation in sports at various levels, field trials (physical fitness, endurance, sport-specific skills, and behavioral attributes). A minimum qualifying score of 50% is required. A merit list will be prepared based on the marks obtained.

2. Fill in the application form completely and sign it.
3. Scan the duly filled application form and all required documents.
4. Send the scanned application and documents via email to the designated email address.
