Of the monthly stipend, ₹13,000/- will be paid by BEL and ₹4,500/- will be paid by the Government through Direct Beneficiary Transfer (DBT). Additional facilities include Canteen and Transport (chargeable), Free OPD Medical facilities at BEL hospital as per Company norms, and Free Group Personnel Accident Insurance (GPAI) policy insured for a sum of ₹5.00 Lakhs.
