Vacancy Details

Position: Chief General Manager (Gr. IX) - HR

Number of Vacancies: 1 (One)

Note: Reservation for SC/ST/OBC/EWS candidates will be as per applicable rules. Management reserves the right to increase or decrease vacancies.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must be Indian Nationals.

Mandatory:

• Two years, full-time, First Class Post Graduate Degree / Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management / Human Resource Management / Industrial Relations / Master of Social Work / MA (Social Work) with specialization in HR/IR/PM from a recognized University/Institution.
• OR
• Two years, full-time, First Class MBA in HR from a recognized University Institution.

Desirable:

• Degree in Law will be an added advantage.

Note: 'First Class' is considered as 60% aggregate marks. This is relaxable by 5% for SC/ST & PwD candidates.

Mandatory:

• 21 years of post-qualification experience in HR functions, preferably in any large industry.

Note: Only employment after obtaining the required qualification will be considered. Freelance experience will not be counted.

For candidates from the private sector, the company's annual turnover must be Rs.1000 crore or more.

Upper Age Limit: 51 years as on 30.09.2026.

Age Relaxation:

• SC/ST candidates: 5 years
• OBC (NCL) candidates: 3 years
• PwD Candidates: Additional 10 years (over and above admissible relaxation for SC/ST/OBC). Relaxation is permissible for candidates with a minimum 40% disability.

The upper age limit can be relaxed for candidates with equivalent years of excess post-qualification experience, but the maximum age with relaxation shall not exceed 57 years.

Application Fee

Eligible and interested GEN / EWS / OBC candidates need to pay a non-refundable fee of Rs. 500/-.

Note: This fee is not applicable for SC/ST/PwDs candidates.

Salary / Pay Scale

Pay Scale: Rs. 1,20,000 – 2,80,000 (BEML Pay Scale Grade - IX)

Candidates will also be eligible for Variable Dearness Allowance, Perquisites & Allowances (currently 15.12% of Basic Pay), Company Accommodation / House Rent Allowance, Provident Fund, Gratuity, PRP, etc., as per prevailing Company Rules.

The basic pay will be fixed at the minimum of the pay scale, but higher starting pay may be considered for deserving candidates.

Selection Process

The selection process will be through a Video Conference (VC) interview.

Candidates will be shortlisted based on their applications. The assessment will be conducted through Video Conference (MS Teams).
