Important Instructions
To ensure a smooth application process and avoid disqualification, candidates must pay close attention to the following important instructions provided in the official notification:
- Verify Eligibility Thoroughly: Before applying, carefully read through all eligibility criteria for both Senior Project Associate and Project Assistant positions. Ensure you meet all educational qualifications and desirable experience as on the last date of application.
- Submit Before Deadline: The last date for sending your email application is 24.07.2026. Applications received after this deadline will not be considered under any circumstances.
- Attach Correct Documents: Ensure that your detailed Curriculum Vitae (CV) and all self-attested copies of certificates are correctly attached to your email. Incomplete applications may lead to rejection.
- Keep a Record of Your Application: After sending your email, save a copy of the sent email and all attached documents for your reference. This can be helpful for future correspondence.
- Read Official Notification Carefully: Always refer to the complete official notification PDF for the most accurate and detailed information. Do not rely solely on summaries.
- Temporary Positions: Understand that these positions are purely temporary and co-terminus with the project duration (initially 1 year, extendable up to 3 years).
- No Claim for Regular Appointment: Selected candidates will have no claim for regular appointment or absorption at Bharathiar University after the project concludes.
- No TA/DA for Interview: If shortlisted for an interview, candidates will not be provided with any Travel Allowance (TA) or Dearness Allowance (DA) for attending. You must bear your own expenses.
- Only Shortlisted Candidates will be Contacted: The university will only inform and call shortlisted candidates for the interview. If you do not hear back, it means you have not been shortlisted.
- Avoid Canvassing: Any attempt to influence the selection process through canvassing in any form will lead to immediate disqualification of the candidate.
