• M.E./M.Tech. in Electronics Communication Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Microelectronics, Nanoelectronics, or VLSI Design.
• OR an M.Sc. in Electronics, Computer Science, or Physics.
• A minimum of 60% marks (or equivalent CGPA) from a recognized university/institute is required.
• Candidates with a valid GATE/NET qualification will be preferred, if applicable.
