Eligibility Criteria

• Project Assistant: Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Allied Sciences, Basic Sciences, Computer Applications, or an equivalent discipline from a recognized University. A Master's Degree in relevant fields with experience in farmer-oriented work, ICT, data collection, analysis, documentation, and agricultural extension is desirable.
• Young Professional I (YP-I): Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Botany, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Basic or Life Sciences, or an equivalent discipline from a recognized University with at least 60% marks. A Master's Degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Plant Pathology, Botany, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or related disciplines with experience in mushroom cultivation, spawn production, waste utilization, laboratory and field work, farmer training, documentation, and extension activities is desirable.
• Field Assistant: Bachelor's Degree in Science from a recognized University. Preference will be given to local candidates from Tuting area, Upper Siang District who are familiar with the local area, farming communities, and field conditions. The selected candidate will be required to stay at Tuting during the project period. Experience in field surveys, farmer interaction, data collection, documentation, and implementation of agricultural/extension programmes will be desirable.

Age Limit

The age limit is specified for the Field Assistant post:

• Field Assistant: Maximum age 35 years.

Salary / Stipend

Selected candidates will receive a consolidated monthly salary based on the post:

• Project Assistant: Rs. 20,000/- per month
• Young Professional I (YP-I): Rs. 30,000/- per month
