Eligibility

Criteria Requirement
Education Trade (ITI) Apprentices: ITI Pass in the particular trade (NCVT pattern), except for Glass Former and Processor (Passed 8th standard). Must be registered as Trade Apprentices in the NAPS portal before the walk-in interview.
Graduate (Degree) / Technician (Diploma) Apprentices: Full-time graduate degree or full-time Diploma in Engineering/Technology from a recognized university/institution in the relevant discipline.
Passing Year Graduates/Technicians who passed their qualifying examination in 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025, or 2026 are eligible.
Nationality As per official notification
Not Eligible Conditions Candidates holding any Post Graduation qualification (including integrated PG course); Candidates who passed from institutions not approved by AICTE/DOTE/UGC; Candidates who have already undergone, or are currently pursuing, apprenticeship training in the same qualification; Candidates with one year or more of work experience after acquiring the essential qualification; Sandwich diplomas, private diplomas, and part-time/distance/short-term/certificate courses are not acceptable.

Selection Process

1. Interview Selection is through a walk-in interview at CSIR-CECRI, Karaikudi.
