  • OR A Master of Engineering (M.E.) or Master of Technology (M.Tech.) degree in Civil, Environmental Engineering, or Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering from a recognised university. This qualification should be accompanied by proficiency in Application of ArcGIS, QGIS software, Web design and GIS map hosting services, and Floral (Vascular, Invasive, Medicinal etc.) studies.
• Experience: Experience, where required, will be counted from the date after acquiring the minimum educational qualification. Dissertation or thesis work completed during the academic period will not be considered as experience. Time spent in acquiring higher qualifications will also not be counted as experience over the essential qualification.
