• Working knowledge of cadastral maps for planning purposes on GIS platforms and use of satellite imagery for urban planning exercises.
• Minimum one (01) year of relevant professional experience in GIS/GIS-based urban planning and related activities.

Salary / Pay Scale

Selected candidates will receive a consolidated remuneration per month.

Note: An annual enhancement of 5% on the base rate is proposed, applicable based on the recommendation of the concerned Heads of Departments (HoDs) and performance. The remuneration will not exceed 1.25 times the initial amount.

Selection Process

The selection of candidates will be based on a combination of factors:

• Marks obtained in the required essential qualifications.
• Relevant experience.
• Performance in the interview.

Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview. The DDA will decide the criteria for shortlisting.
