Educational Qualifications and Eligibility

Desirable: Experience in the Power Sector, especially in electricity tariff formulation, financial cost analysis, and financial management; familiarity with Indian Electricity Laws; demonstrated capabilities in analytical modelling.
  • Junior Law Officer: Essential Qualification: LLB degree from a recognized University. Experience of handling legal matters at a middle level, including drafting orders, pleadings, petitions, and proceedings, preferably dealing with electricity laws. Desirable: Experience in Central/State Government/PSUs/Autonomous Bodies.
  • Private Secretary: Essential Qualification: Graduate Degree. Proficient in computerized word processing, shorthand, and typing. Must be holding an analogous post on a regular basis in Central/State Govt. OR have 2 years of regular service in Pay Matrix Level-7 (Grade Pay Rs 4600/-) OR 6 years of regular service in Pay Matrix Level-6 (Grade Pay Rs 4200/-) or equivalent. Desirable: Experience as Personal Assistant to HoD for 05 years in Central/State Govt. or any PSU/Corporation; Diploma in office management & secretarial procedure.
  • Personal Assistant: Essential Qualification: Graduate degree with proficiency in English Typing (40 wpm), English Shorthand (80 wpm), and Computing (8000kdph). Diploma/Certificate in Office Management & Secretariat Procedure or equivalent. Desirable: Three years' service in Central/State Govt. or PSUs involving computer operations.
  • Steno-cum-Computer Operator: Essential Qualification: Graduate degree with proficiency in English Typing (40 wpm), English Shorthand (80 wpm), and Computing (8000kdph). Diploma/Certificate in computing or equivalent. Desirable: Three years' service in Central/State Govt. or PSUs involving computer operations.
  • Clerk-cum-Computer Operator: Essential Qualification: Graduate degree with proficiency in typing (30 wpm) and Computing (6000kdph). Diploma in computing/certificate in computing or equivalent. Desirable: 2 Years' service in Central/State Govt. or any PSU/Corporation.
  • Lower Division Clerk: Essential Qualification: 12th Class pass from a recognized Board/Institution. Proficiency in Typing (35 wpm). Desirable: Clerical experience in any Central/State Govt./PSU/Autonomous Body.

  • The maximum age limit for Deputationists shall not exceed 56 years on the last date of submission of the application.
