Eligibility Criteria

The recruitment is for outsourcing agencies. The educational qualifications required for the personnel to be deployed by these agencies are as follows:

• Microbiologist: M.Sc (Medical Microbiology)
• Lab Technician - Gr III: DMLT (Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology)
• Lab Assistant: 8th Class Pass

Salary / Pay Scale

The monthly salary for the deployed personnel will be within the following limits:

• Microbiologist: Up to Rs. 44,000 per month
• Lab Technician - Gr III: Rs. 17,000 per month
• Lab Assistant: Rs. 11,000 per month

These figures include administrative costs, 18% GST, Employee's EPF share (12%), and Employer's EPF share (13%). The administrative cost should not exceed 5% of the basic pay.

Selection Process

The selection of personnel will be done through outsourcing agencies. The agency submitting the lowest bid will be awarded the work order. The contract period is initially for 11 months and may be extended based on the agency's performance and NHM guidelines.
