Eligibility Explained:
- Educational Qualification: This refers to the academic degrees or diplomas you must possess. For example, a Medical Officer needs an MBBS, while a Peon requires Class 8 education. Ensure your certificates match the exact qualification mentioned for the post you are applying for.
- Work Experience: Beyond education, most posts require a minimum number of years of relevant work experience. This experience should be in a field directly related to the job role. For instance, a Lab Assistant needs 05 years of lab work experience, and a Driver needs 05 years of driving experience. Make sure you have valid proof of your work experience.
- Medical Fitness Certificate: This is a mandatory document for all applicants. You must obtain a medical fitness certificate from a competent authority, confirming your suitability for the role. This certificate will be required at the time of the interview.
- Preference for Ex-servicemen: The ECHS scheme is primarily for ex-servicemen. While others can apply, ex-servicemen will be given preference in the selection process. If you are an ex-serviceman, ensure you have all your service records, PPO, and discharge book ready.
