EdCIL (India) Limited has announced a recruitment drive for technical manpower on a contractual basis. This hiring is for a newly established Project Monitoring Unit (PMU) at Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) Headquarters in New Delhi. The PMU aims to monitor, coordinate, and ensure the quality and timely completion of KVS infrastructure and construction projects nationwide.

EdCIL has announced 13 positions for six technical posts within the KVS PMU. The number of positions may change.

Eligibility Criteria

Only Indian nationals are eligible to apply for these positions. Candidates must ensure that they have acquired the prescribed qualifications and experience on or before 31.07.2026. All qualifications and experience must be from Government-recognized institutions.

Additionally, candidates should possess strong oral and written communication skills and have good working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.

If you are currently working in a Government/PSU/Autonomous body, you must submit your application through the proper channel if your department rules require it.

Educational Qualification & Experience

Here are the post-wise minimum qualification and experience requirements:

• Architect: B.Arch. from a recognized university, registered with the Council of Architecture (COA). Minimum 10 years of experience in institutional/school building design, master planning, and statutory approvals.
• Senior Engineer (Civil): B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering from a recognized university/institute. Minimum 10 years of experience in construction supervision, project management, and vetting of DPRs/Estimates (Government project experience preferred).
• Engineer (Civil): B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering from a recognized university/institute. Minimum 7 years of experience in Building Construction and vetting of DPRs/Estimates.
• Junior Engineer (Civil): 2/3-year Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering from a recognized institute. Minimum 3 years of experience for Diploma holders or 1 year for B.Tech holders in civil construction, site measurements, and daily progress reporting.
• AutoCAD/Revit Operator: 2/3-year Diploma in Civil Engineering/Architectural Assistantship, or ITI Drafting certification with a certified AutoCAD & Revit/3D Max course. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in 2D working drawings, 3D rendering, and BIM modeling.
• Young Professional (Data Management & Web Monitoring): B.Tech (CS/IT)/BCA/B.Sc (IT) with a strong background in Statistics/Data Analytics. Minimum 2 years of experience managing MIS portals, data analytics, dashboard monitoring, and report generation (using Excel, PowerPoint).

Age Limit

The age limit for all posts is calculated as of 31.07.2026. No age relaxation is mentioned in the official notification.
