The Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) Medical College & Hospital, Faridabad has announced recruitment for Teaching Faculty positions on a contract basis. This recruitment drive aims to fill 33 vacancies for Professor, Associate Professor, and Assistant Professor posts in various Super Specialty Departments.

Vacancy Details

A total of 33 vacancies are available for Teaching Faculty positions across different Super Specialty Departments. The distribution of vacancies is as follows:

** The unreserved faculty is currently working against a reserved category post. The interview for such posts will be conducted only when candidates belonging to the respective reserved category appear.

Note: If no suitable candidate appears for a higher post, candidates eligible for a lower post may be interviewed and appointed accordingly.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the following criteria to be eligible for the Teaching Faculty positions:

The age limit is not exceeding 69 years as on the date of the interview. The tenure can extend up to a maximum of 70 years.

The qualifications required are as per the latest National Medical Commission (NMC) guidelines. Specifically, the NMC Notification (30/06/2025) on "Medical Institutions (Qualification of Faculty) Regulations 2025" will apply.

Salary / Pay Scale

The remuneration for the Teaching Faculty positions is fixed on a consolidated pay basis:

Candidates will not be entitled to service benefits like PF, pension, or gratuity. Hostel/quarters are subject to availability.

Selection Process

The selection of candidates will be based on their academic credentials and performance in the interview. The results will be published on the ESIC website, and offer letters will be sent via email.

How to Apply

Interested and eligible candidates need to appear for a walk-in interview with the required documents. The application process involves the following steps:

2. Fill out the form and attach self-attested copies of all necessary documents.
3. Report to the venue on the interview date within the specified reporting time.

Important Instructions

• EWS & OBC certificates must be in the proper Government of India format.
• A separate application is required for each post.
• Providing false information may lead to cancellation of candidature.
• The Dean, ESIC MCH, Faridabad reserves the right to cancel or postpone the recruitment.
• No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview.
• Candidates should regularly check the ESIC website for any updates.
• A security deposit is required in the form of a Demand Draft, which is refundable upon completion of the contract.
