Salary / Pay Scale

The emoluments for the selected candidates will be as follows:

• Full Time Contract Specialist:
  • Junior Specialist: Rs. 1,48,263/- per month
  • Senior Specialist: Rs. 1,72,572/- per month
• Senior Resident (3 Years): Basic Pay Rs. 67,700/- + Allowances in Level 11 of Pay Matrix of 7th CPC. (Deductions of Rs. 1688/- for PG Diploma holders and Rs. 2813/- for those without PG Degree or Diploma will be made).
• Part Time Contract Specialist (non case to case basis): Rs. 60,000/- (consolidated) + Rs. 15,000/- Emergency visiting charges + Rs. 800/hr. beyond 16hrs/week.
• Part Time Contract Specialist (case to case basis): Rs. 60,000/- (consolidated) + fixed % of CGHS rates on case-to-case basis.
• Part Time Contractual Super-Specialist (non case to case basis): Rs. 1,00,000/- (Consolidated) + Rs. 20,000/- Emergency Visiting charges + Rs. 1200/hr. beyond 16hr/week.
• Part Time Contractual Super-Specialist (case to case basis): Rs. 1,00,000/- (Consolidated) + fixed % of CGHS rates on case to case basis.

Remuneration will be revised from time to time as per ESIC HQRS guidelines and applicable rules.

Application Fee

A Demand Draft of Rs. 500/- (if applicable) in favor of "ESIC Fund Account No. 2" drawn on any scheduled bank and payable at Manesar, must be submitted along with the application form at the time of document verification-cum-walk-in interview.
