Employees State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) Medical College & Hospital, Faridabad, Haryana has announced recruitment for Senior Resident positions on a contract basis. Eligible candidates can appear for a walk-in interview.

Vacancy Details

A total of 49 vacancies are available for the post of Senior Resident. The distribution across departments is as follows:

Note on ICU Vacancies: If postgraduate qualified candidates are not available for the ICU department, MBBS doctors with 2 years of experience (including one year in ICU/General Medicine/Emergency Medicine/Casualty/Anesthesia from a government/private hospital) may be considered for appointment as Non-PG Residents for one year on a contract basis.

The vacancies are provisional and may change. Reservation will be as per Government of India guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Age Limit: Not exceeding 45 years as on the date of the Walk-in Interview.
• Educational Qualifications: As per the latest guidelines of the National Medical Commission (NMC/MCI).
• Medical Registration: All candidates must possess up-to-date Medical Registration (NMC/State Medical Council) with all post MBBS/MD/MS qualifications. If registration is not up-to-date, candidates must show and submit a copy of "Applied for document(s)" at the time of the interview. Updated registration must be submitted before joining if selected.
• NOC: Candidates working in Government/Autonomous/Statutory Institutions should preferably have a "No Objection Certificate" (NOC) at the time of the interview. If not immediately available, a copy of "applied for NOC" and an undertaking must be submitted.

Educational Qualification Details

The educational qualifications should be in accordance with the latest guidelines of the National Medical Commission (NMC/MCI).

Salary / Pay Scale

The remuneration for the positions is as follows:

• Senior Resident: Consolidated pay of Rs. 1,50,294/- per month.
• Non-PG Resident: Consolidated pay of Rs. 1,23,196/- per month.

This pay is as per ESIC Headquarters Office Memorandum No. Z-11012/51/2022-MED-VI dated 08.12.2022, or subsequent orders.

Selection Process

Selection will be based on a walk-in interview conducted by a duly constituted selection board. The result will be published on the recruitment section of the ESIC website.

Application Fee

The application fee is as follows:

• SC/ST/ESIC (Regular Employee)/ Female Candidate, & PH Candidate: Nil
• All Other Categories: Rs. 500/-

The fee must be paid through a Demand Draft in favor of "ESI Fund A/c No.-1" payable at Faridabad. Fees paid are non-refundable.

Documents Required

• Up-to-date Medical Registration Certificate (NMC/State Medical Council).
• Educational Qualification Certificates (MBBS, PG degree/diploma, etc.).
• Experience Certificates.
• Age Proof Certificate.
• Category Certificates (SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PH) as per Government of India format, if applicable.
• NOC from the current employer, if applicable, or proof of application for NOC.
• Any other relevant documents as specified in the notification.

Important Instructions

• Candidates must verify their eligibility before reporting for the interview.
• EWS candidates need to submit the EWS Certificate as per the format specified by the Government of India.
• OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) Certificates must be issued within one year from the cut-off date and be in the format for Central Government jobs.
• Applications must be submitted separately for each post. Incomplete applications will be rejected.
• False declarations or submission of incorrect information can lead to cancellation of candidature.
• Mere submission of an application does not guarantee eligibility for the interview.
• The interview is provisional, subject to detailed scrutiny of eligibility.
• The Dean, ESIC MCH, Faridabad reserves the right to cancel or postpone the recruitment process.
• No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.

• A security deposit of Rs. 20,000/- (via Demand Draft) is required from selected candidates upon joining, which is refundable upon completion of the contract.
