Vacancy Details

There is one vacancy for the post of Junior Faculty in the General Management domain.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the following educational and experience requirements:

• Educational Qualification: Master's Degree (minimum 02 years duration after Graduation) in Retail and Fashion Merchandise or General Management with a minimum of 55% marks from a recognized university or institute.
• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of academic and/or industry experience in retail store operations and in the specialized domains mentioned in the job description. Academic experience should include teaching at the undergraduate level or higher in courses related to retail operations and General Management subjects.
• Preference: Candidates with both teaching and industry experience will be given preference.

Age Limit

The age limit for applicants is as follows:

• General: 35 years
• OBC: 38 years
• SC/ST: 40 years
• PWD: 45 years

Salary / Pay Scale

The selected Junior Faculty will receive a consolidated monthly remuneration of Rs. 50,000/-.

Selection Process

Candidates will be selected based on an interview. Merit, practical teaching ability, presentation, and communication skills will be considered during the selection process.
