Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must possess one of the following qualifications:

• First class Post Graduate degree including integrated PG degree in Life sciences or any biology stream.
• OR
• Second class Post Graduate degree including integrated PG degree, with PhD in Life sciences or any biology stream.

All educational qualifications must be from a recognized Board/University and obtained through a full-time course.

The upper age limit is 35 years. Age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST/OBC (non-creamy layer)/PWD/women candidates and individuals with research experience, as per ICMR rules.

• Prior experience in biochemical/molecular biology.
• Experience in sample handling and hospital/clinical research.
• Proficiency in MS Word/Excel.

Salary

The consolidated emoluments for the post will be Rs. 67,200 per month. This includes Rs. 56,000 plus 20% House Rent Allowance (HRA).

The salary is a consolidated amount without other benefits and will be paid according to the sanctioned ICMR manpower budget.

Selection Process

The selection process involves the following stages:

1. Shortlisting: Candidates will be shortlisted based on their qualifications and relevant experience. Higher qualifications or experience may be used to limit the number of candidates for further stages.
2. Screening Examination (if required): A written screening examination may be conducted for shortlisted candidates.
3. Interaction: Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interaction.

Only shortlisted candidates will be informed about the screening examination and/or interaction schedule. All original certificates must be brought on the date of the interaction.
