A total of 01 vacancy is announced for the post of Senior Clerk. This post is reserved for the Unreserved (UR) category.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the following criteria to be eligible for the Senior Clerk post:

• Educational Qualification: Master's degree or Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university or an equivalent recognized qualification.
• Experience:
  • Four years of experience with an Undergraduate degree in a relevant field.
  • OR Two years of experience with a Post-Graduate degree in a relevant field.
  Preference will be given for experience in Educational Institutions/Government/Semi-Government/Public or Private Enterprises/Firms.

Highly Desirable Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Commerce with a good academic record and three years of post-qualification experience in a relevant field, preferably in a University/Educational Institute/Government Organization/Semi-Government Organization.
• Good working knowledge of rules and regulations of Universities/Educational Institutes related to accounts, audit, service conditions, and financial matters.
• Experience with computer systems and finance/accounts-related software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Age Limit

The maximum age limit for the Senior Clerk post is 35 years as of the last date of application. The notification also states the maximum age limit is 35 years as on the date of the interview.

Salary

Selected candidates will receive a consolidated fixed pay of Rs. 26,000/- per month.

Selection Process

The selection process will be based on a personal interview. Only eligible and shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview. The University will inform shortlisted candidates about the detailed selection process via email after the application deadline.
