To ensure a successful application and avoid common pitfalls, please keep the following important instructions in mind:
- Read the Official Notification Carefully: Always refer to the complete official notification for all details, especially those regarding project-wise vacancies, reservation, and specific eligibility criteria, which are available at local WCDPO offices.
- Verify Eligibility Thoroughly: Before applying, ensure you meet all eligibility criteria, particularly the local residency requirement for the specific Gram Panchayat/Ward and the educational qualifications.
- Apply Online Only: The application mode is strictly online. No other mode of application will be accepted.
- Adhere to Deadlines: Submit your online application well before the last date, 29 July 2026, 5:00 PM, to avoid any last-minute technical issues.
- Ensure Application Completeness: Incomplete applications will not be considered. Double-check that all mandatory fields are filled and all required documents are uploaded correctly.
- Valid Certificates are Key: For residence and caste certificates, ensure they are Tehsil-issued, digitally signed, and online-verifiable. Invalid certificates can lead to rejection.
- Keep a Copy of Application: After submitting, always download and print a copy of your filled application form for your personal records.
- Vacancy Numbers are Provisional: Be aware that the number of vacant posts mentioned in the notification may increase, decrease, or change based on the department's situation.
- Selection Committee Decision is Final: The selection will be made by a departmentally constituted selection committee based on the merit list.
