The selected candidates will be appointed on a Fixed Term Contract basis. The salary structure is as follows:

In addition to the basic pay and dearness allowance, employees are entitled to annual increment, EPF, gratuity, medical reimbursement, and leave encashment.
Eligible candidates will be shortlisted based on initial scrutiny. Shortlisted candidates will be called for an Interview or Skill Assessment test. HITES reserves the right to conduct preliminary interviews, tests, or group discussions as part of the selection process, depending on the response and as deemed fit by the management.
