• Nationality: A candidate must be a citizen of India, or a subject of Nepal/Bhutan, or a Tibetan refugee who arrived before 1 January 1962 intending to settle permanently in India, or a person of Indian origin migrated from certain specified countries with an eligibility certificate from the Government of India.
