This is a joint venture between Telecommunications Consultant India Limited (TCIL) and Delhi State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation (DSIIDC). Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must be officers working in Central Government/State Government, Autonomous Bodies, Central/State PSUs, or other Government organizations. They must possess the required educational qualifications, experience, and other eligibility criteria as specified for each post.

Educational Qualification

The educational qualifications vary by post. They include degrees like MBA (HR), Bachelor of Engineering (IT/Computer Science/Electronics & Communication/Electrical/Electrical & Electronics/AMIE), MCA, M.COM, CA-INTER, ICMA-INTER, Graduate + MBA (HR), Graduate + LLB (Regular), and 10th pass with a 3-year diploma in IT/Projects.

Age Limit

The maximum age limit for applicants is calculated as of 25 September 2026. The age limits are 45 years for Assistant General Manager, Deputy General Manager (Outsourcing), Deputy General Manager (Projects), Junior Accounts Officer, and Junior Engineer Gr. 1 (Projects). For Sr. Accountant, Sr. Supervisor (Outsourcing), and Sr. Supervisor (Legal), the age limit is 40 years. For Supervisor (Outsourcing), the age limit is 35 years.

Application Fee

Candidates are required to pay a one-time, non-refundable registration fee of INR 590/- before applying online. This fee is for registration with ICSIL.

Salary / Pay Scale

The salary for the selected candidates will be as per the IDA pattern, based on the grade and pay scale mentioned for each post. This includes:

• Assistant General Manager (E4 Grade): ₹70,000 - ₹2,00,000 + allowances
• Deputy General Manager (E5 Grade): ₹80,000 - ₹2,20,000 + allowances
• Junior Accounts Officer (N7 Grade): ₹35,000 - ₹87,000 + allowances
• Sr. Accountant (N6 Grade): ₹32,000 - ₹78,000 + allowances
• Sr. Supervisor (N6 Grade): ₹32,000 - ₹78,000 + allowances
• Supervisor (N5 Grade): ₹28,000 - ₹74,000 + allowances
• Sr. Supervisor (Legal) (N6 Grade): ₹32,000 - ₹78,000 + allowances
• Junior Engineer Gr. 1 (N7 Grade): ₹35,000 - ₹87,000 + allowances

Selection Process

The selection process will involve scrutiny of documents related to age, qualification, and experience. Eligible candidates will then be called for an interaction/interview. ICSIL reserves the right to shortlist candidates and is not bound to call all applicants who meet the eligibility criteria.

How to Apply

Interested candidates must follow a two-step process:

1. Online Registration: Register and apply online through the ICSIL website (www.icsil.in) under the Careers section between 28 September 2026 (06:00 PM) and 19 October 2026 (06:00 PM).
2. Offline Submission: After online registration, download Annexure-I. Complete it along with the Employer's Forwarding Letter and submit it offline in a sealed envelope. The envelope should be addressed to "The Deputy General Manager (HR), Intelligent Communication Systems India Limited, First Floor, Above Post Office, Okhla Industrial Estate, Phase III, New Delhi – 110020". This must be submitted before the last date of receipt of applications, which is 19 October 2026.

The name of the post applied for must be clearly mentioned on top of the envelope.

Documents Required

Candidates must submit self-attested copies of the following documents along with their application:

• Educational and professional qualification certificates.
• Experience certificates.
• Annual Performance Appraisal Reports (APARs) for the last five years.
• Proof of Date of Birth.
• Proof of Salary.
• Employer's Forwarding Letter (Annexure-I).

Original documents must be produced for verification on the date of the interview/interaction.

Important Instructions

• The appointment is on deputation for an initial period of three years, extendable for another two years.
• Applications received after the last date or not forwarded through the proper channel will not be considered.
• Incomplete or unsigned applications are liable to be rejected.
• ICSIL is not responsible for any postal delays.
