Educational Qualifications and Experience

To be eligible for the Ground Instructor (Air Regulations) post, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Essential Educational Qualification: A Post-Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized University.
  • Essential Experience: Candidates must hold or have held a Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL) or Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL). This experience should be from DGCA-approved Flying Training Organisations, Defence Aviation Training Establishments, Universities/Colleges offering aviation programmes, or AAI training centres.
