Educational Qualifications and Eligibility
Candidates must meet the specific educational and experience criteria for each post:
CEO – INSPIRE: Section 8 Incubation Centre: Post-Graduate degree (10+2+3+2) preferably MBA with at least 55% marks from a recognized University/Institute, plus at least 5 years of post-qualification relevant experience.
Assistant Student Counsellor: Master's degree in Clinical Psychology with minimum 55% marks and 5 years experience (including 2 years in counselling at an academic/medical institution). Alternatively, a Master’s degree in Psychology with minimum 55% marks and a diploma in Mental and/or Social Psychology, with 5 years experience (including 3 years in counselling).
Wellness Coordinator: Master's degree in Clinical Psychology with minimum 55% marks, OR Master's degree in Psychology with minimum 55% marks and a Diploma in Mental and/or Social Psychology, along with minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in psychological counselling.
Management Trainee: Master’s degree preferably in Management with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade and consistently good academic record, with proficiency in MS Office.
Management Trainee – IT: Master's Degree in Computer Science/ IT, preferably M.Tech. (CS/IT) with 60% marks or equivalent grade.
Management Trainee cum Counsellor: Master’s Degree in Clinical/ Counselling Psychology from a reputed Institute/University with minimum 55% marks and at least 3 years of experience as a counsellor.
Library Trainee: Master’s degree in Library and Information Science with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade.
Accounts Trainee: Master Degree in Commerce (10+2+3+2) with minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade.
Yoga Trainee: Graduation/Post Graduation degree preferably in Yogic Science. Minimum 6 months of relevant work experience as a yoga trainer.
Graduate Trainee: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade, proficiency in computer operations (MS Windows & MS Office) and Internet, and excellent oral/written English communication skills.
Age Limit and Relaxation
CEO – INSPIRE: 45 to 55 years.
Assistant Student Counsellor: Upper age limit 40 years.
Wellness Coordinator: Upper age limit 35 years.
Trainee Positions: Upper age limit 30 years.
