A total of 02 vacancies are available for the following posts:

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must be Indian citizens. The appointment is purely contractual, and there is no right to claim regularization or absorption in the Institute.

• Qualification: Master's degree in Management, Engineering, Technology or Science, or an equivalent professional qualification, with a consistently good academic record, from a recognized University/Institution. A doctoral degree in a relevant discipline is an added advantage.
• Experience: Minimum 15 years of post-qualification professional experience, with at least 05 years in a senior leadership or head-of-function position. Demonstrated experience in areas like leading an incubator, venture capital, fundraising, building innovation ecosystems, or founding/scaling an enterprise is required.

• Qualification: Master's degree in Management, Engineering or Technology, or an equivalent qualification, from a recognized University/Institution.
• Experience: Minimum 08 years of post-qualification professional experience, with at least 03 years in incubation, acceleration, venture building, startup advisory, venture capital, or founding/operating a startup.

Age Limit

• Chief Executive Officer (CEO): 55 years
• Project Manager: 45 years

The crucial date for determining the age limit is the closing date for the receipt of applications. Age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD categories as per Central Government rules, provided necessary certificates are attached.

Salary / Pay Scale

The monthly emoluments for the positions are as follows:

• Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – TEJAS: Rs. 43 Lakh Per Annum
• Project Manager - Venture Growth & Impact: Rs. 12 Lakh Per Annum

No extra allowance or remuneration is admissible for any work beyond normal hours.

Selection Process

The selection process may include one or more stages such as a written test, skill/competency test, and/or personal interview, or any other assessment method deemed appropriate by the Competent Authority. The Institute reserves the right to modify or change the selection process at any stage.

Shortlisted candidates will be required to produce original certificates for verification at the time of the final selection process.
