Vacancy Details

IISER Tirupati is looking to fill one position for the Project Assistant role.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the Project Assistant position, candidates must meet the following educational and age requirements.

Essential: Graduate degree / B.Sc. degree with at least 50% or equivalent grade.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Possession of a valid 2-wheeler and 4-wheeler driving license and experience.
• At least one year of fieldwork experience, preferably in ecological or wildlife research.
• Experience in ecological research, including field data collection and monitoring.
• Experience with recording bird songs and analysis.
• Experience in analysis using Raven Pro is desirable.
• Experience in the use and analysis of LiDAR data is desirable.

The maximum age limit for candidates is 50 years as of the closing date of the advertisement.

Fellowship (Salary)

Selected candidates will receive a fellowship of INR 20,000 per month, plus 9% House Rent Allowance (HRA).
