Educational Qualifications and Eligibility

Candidates must possess a 1st class B.Tech, M.Sc, or Post Graduate degree in Electronics Engineering or a related discipline with first-class marks or equivalent. Additionally, candidates are expected to have the following essential and desirable skills:

• Essential Skills: Proficiency in programming and working with Raspberry Pi, microcontrollers, and embedded Linux platforms (e.g., STM32, ESP32, Arduino). Hands-on experience with Software Defined Radios (SDRs), RF signal acquisition, and interfacing SDRs with embedded computing platforms. Strong programming skills in Python and C/C++ for embedded firmware and real-time data acquisition. Ability to independently develop, integrate, test, debug, and validate hardware and software systems. Experience in hardware integration, PCB/system-level interfacing, testing, and troubleshooting of electronic and embedded systems.
• Desirable Skills: Experience with time synchronization and timing systems, including synchronization of distributed nodes using GPS/GNSS, PPS, PTP, NTP, or other precision timing techniques. Experience with TDOA/TOA-based localization, direction finding, or distributed RF sensing systems. Familiarity with SDR platforms and RF hardware (e.g., USRP, RTL-SDR, HackRF, ADALM-Pluto). Familiarity with real-time data acquisition, high-speed data transfer, networking, and synchronization of multiple sensor nodes. Experience in signal processing, data visualization, and scientific/technical reporting.

A 5% relaxation of marks may be granted to SC/ST candidates.
