Eligibility Criteria

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

• B.A., LL.B./LL.B. or equivalent Degree with at least 55% marks from an Indian University or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university.
• Good knowledge of latest national and international research trends and developments in the field of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR).
• Ability to conceptualize and organize academic programs like workshops, seminars, and conferences.
• Fluency in English and proficiency in computer knowledge (MS Office, AI-based activities, plagiarism software, etc.).

Desirable Qualifications:

• Experience in teaching/research in IPR in premier law universities/colleges.
• Quality publications in the field of IPR.
• Excellent inter-personal and team-building skills.
• Ability to innovate and improve research, training, and extension activities.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

• 10+2 with at least 55% marks from an Indian Board.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of office administration and record management.
• Experience in event coordination.

Age Limit

The upper age limit for both Research Assistant I and Project Assistant positions is 35 years.

Salary / Pay Scale

• Research Assistant I: Consolidated remuneration of ₹47,000 per month.
• Project Assistant: Consolidated remuneration of ₹15,000 per month.

Note: Remuneration is taxable as per norms. The position will not be entitled to allowances like Bonus, Gratuity, LTC, DA, CCA, etc.

Selection Process

Candidates will be selected based on their performance in a walk-in interview. The interview will assess their suitability for the respective positions.
