To be eligible for the Senior Research Fellow position, candidates must meet the following educational qualifications:

• Educational Qualification: Candidates must have a First class B. Tech and a First class M. Tech. degree. The specialization should be in welding, production, mechanical, manufacturing, or metallurgical engineering.
• Preferred Qualification: GATE qualified candidates will be given preference.
