Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the following educational and experience requirements to be eligible for the SRF position.

M.E./M.Tech in Microelectronics/VLSI or equivalent.

The selected candidate should possess a strong understanding of semiconductor device physics, network theory, and VLSI circuit design. Experience with CMOS design logic is also required. Familiarity with EDA/TCAD Tools such as Cadence tools, suite, Spice, Sentaurus TCAD Device/process simulation, and Hardware Descriptive language like Verilog is necessary. Proficiency in MATLAB and Python is also expected.

Candidates should demonstrate enthusiasm for coordinating and working at a fast pace with collaborating industry partners. Preference will be given to SC/ST candidates if they have equal qualifications and experience.
