Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must be Indian Nationals. The eligibility criteria for each post are detailed below:

• Junior Project Engineer (Chemical): First class (60% marks) full-time regular B.Sc. Degree in Chemistry from a recognized University with a minimum of 05 years of post-qualification relevant experience.
• Junior Project Engineer (Electrical): Full-time regular 03 years Diploma in Engineering in Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, or Plant Maintenance Engineering trades with a minimum of 60% marks. The diploma must be from a recognized University with a minimum of 05 years of post-qualification relevant work experience.
• Junior Project Engineer (Electronics): Full-time regular 03 years Diploma in Engineering in Electronics & Communication, Electronics & Instrumentation, or Industrial Electronics & Instrumentation trades with a minimum of 60% marks. The diploma must be from a recognized University with a minimum of 05 years of post-qualification relevant work experience.
• Junior Project Engineer (Mechanical): Full-time regular 03 years Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or Mechatronics trades with a minimum of 60% marks. The diploma must be from a recognized University with a minimum of 05 years of post-qualification relevant work experience.
• Junior Project Engineer (Optics & Coating): First class (60% marks) full-time regular B.Sc. Degree with Physics and Mathematics as major subjects from a recognized University with a minimum of 05 years of post-qualification relevant experience.

Note: Only full-time regular courses will be considered. All qualifications should be recognized by AICTE/UGC/Respective State Boards for Technical Education/Appropriate Indian Statutory Authorities.

• General / OBC (NCL) / EWS candidates: Minimum 60% aggregate marks in the essential qualification exam.
• SC / ST / PwBD candidates: Minimum 50% aggregate marks in the essential qualification exam.

Age Limit

The upper age limit is 35 years and the lower age limit is 18 years as of the closing date of the advertisement.

Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD/Ex-SM and other eligible reserved categories will be as per Government of India directives.

Salary and Remuneration

Selected candidates will receive remuneration as follows:

• Pay Level: ₹30,000 - ₹1,20,000
• Industrial Dearness Allowance (IDA)
• House Rent Allowance (HRA): As per applicable rates (if company accommodation is not provided)
• Medical Allowance: ₹1,500 per month. (Retired Govt. employees/Ex-servicemen need to obtain NOC from CGHS/ECHS/Defense Forces to be eligible for this allowance).

An annual increment of 3% of basic pay is applicable, subject to satisfactory performance.

Selection Process

The selection process involves screening and shortlisting of candidates. The company may adopt higher criteria if a large number of eligible candidates apply.

• Shortlisting: Candidates will be shortlisted for the interview to the extent of 02 times the number of vacancies, based on the percentage of marks obtained in their Diploma or essential qualification.
• Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.

The management reserves the right to raise or curtail minimum eligibility standards and the number of vacancies.
