Salary / Pay Scale

The remuneration for the FTE positions will be at the minimum of the scale of the grade for which the candidate is appointed. Candidates will be eligible for Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), Provident Fund (PF), and other statutory benefits applicable to regular employees for the grade. An annual increment on the Basic Pay is admissible subject to satisfactory performance. A surety amount of 5% will be deducted from monthly emoluments, which will be refunded without interest upon completion of the contract tenure. If the candidate leaves or their employment is terminated before contract completion, the surety amount will not be returned.

Selection Process

The selection process for Worker Grade 'C' posts under Fixed Term Employment will comprise the following stages:
