A non-refundable Demand Draft (DD) is required along with the application.
The DD should be drawn in favour of Instrumentation Limited, payable at Palakkad. Write your name and address on the reverse side of the DD.
Candidates hired on FTE will be placed at the minimum of the scale of the grade for which appointed. They will be eligible for DA, HRA, PF, and other statutory benefits as applicable for the grade. An annual increment is admissible on the Basic Pay, subject to satisfactory performance. A surety amount of 5% will be deducted from monthly emoluments and refunded without interest upon completion of the contract tenure.
Selection will be based on qualifying marks, post-qualification experience, and performance in the interview, in order of merit. Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview and document verification.
