Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification: Graduation / Post-Graduation.

Required Experience: Candidates must possess a minimum of 20 years of experience in Public Sector Banks (PSBs). This includes up-to-date knowledge of changes and guidelines in the banking sector specific to PSBs, and wide exposure in Customer Service Function either at Central Office/ Head Office or Regional Office/ Zonal Office.

Other Mandatory Conditions:

• Officials must have retired from bank services (Public Sector Banks) in the normal course or on superannuation, including VRS.
• Candidates who retired under CRS or any punishment are not eligible to apply.
• No case should be pending against the retired officer at the time of application submission or during empanelment.

Age Limit

The maximum age limit is below 65 years. All eligibility criteria, including age, shall be computed as on 01.09.2026 (inclusive).

Application Fee

All Eligible Candidates are required to pay an Intimation Charge of Rs. 1000/- (inclusive of GST). This fee is non-refundable and must be paid through Online Mode only. Bank transaction charges for online payment through internet banking (other than IOB) or credit card must be borne by the candidate.

Salary and Pay Scale

The selected candidate will receive a consolidated monthly remuneration of Rs. 50,000/- (relevant TDS will be deducted). In case of travel on outstation duty, eligible traveling and halting allowances at par with Officers in SMG Scale IV (subject to their cadre eligibility) of the bank shall be paid. No other allowance, payment, benefit, or facility from the bank shall be payable.

Selection Process

The selection process will consist of a Personal Interview. The interview carries a total of 100 marks and will focus on subject knowledge, communication skills, and presentation and attitude. Final selection will be based on the marks obtained in the interview process and according to merit ranking.

3. Click on the "Apply Online" link and then click on "Click here to Register Online" to get a Registration Number and Password.
4. Click on "Click here to Apply Online" and fill in all the required details in the online application form.
5. Upload a scanned photograph and signature as per the specifications mentioned in Annexure I.
6. Before submitting, verify all the details entered using the "RECHECK" or "PREVIEW" button.
7. After successful submission, you will see an "Application Successfully Submitted" message.
8. Click on the "Upload Relevant Documents" menu to upload the required documents in PDF format (each file should be less than 200KB).
9. Proceed to pay the non-refundable fee of Rs. 1000/- by clicking on "Online Payment of Intimation Charge" using Debit Card, Credit Card, or Internet Banking.
10. Finally, click on "Print your Application" to download and save a printout of the system-generated online application form for future reference.

• Birth Certificate / SSC Certificate for proof of date of birth.
• Final Degree Certificate in respect of passing Graduation, Post-Graduation, CAIIB, or other professional courses (as a single PDF file if multiple degrees).
• Work Experience Certificate along with relieving or retirement letter.
• No objection certificate from your bank, wherever applicable.
• Printout of the online application form along with the online payment e-receipt.

Important Instructions

• The engagement is on a contract basis for a period of 03 years, subject to annual performance reviews.
• The engagement can be terminated by one month's notice on either side or salary and allowances in lieu thereof.
• This appointment does not constitute an offer of employment or regular employment in the bank. Provisions of PF, gratuity, and pension do not apply.
