Candidates should have:

• Graduation or Post Graduation in any discipline OR
• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA/PGDM/PGDBF with specialization in Finance/Banking/International Business OR
• CFA/FRM/PRM.

• 15 Years of experience in Officer Cadre of Public / Private / Foreign Banks.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in any Offshore Banking Unit / Overseas Branch of the Bank / IFSC Banking unit of Public / Private Banks.
• Current Assignment must be:
  • Deputy General Manager (equivalent role in private / foreign banks i.e., current designation 4 level below MD & CEO) with minimum 1 year in present cadre OR
  • Assistant General Manager (equivalent role in private / foreign banks i.e., current designation 5 level below MD & CEO) with minimum 2 years in present cadre.

Desirable Experience:

• Exposure of Forex business or Global Trade Business on International Banking in Indian / Foreign Banks.

Salary / Pay Scale

The selected candidate will receive a CTC of around Rs. 44 lacs per annum. Allowances such as D.A., HRA/Lease rental, CCA, Medical, and other perquisites will be applicable as per rules in force for Scale VII.
