- Recent Passport-sized Photograph: A clear, recent photograph with a light background. Ensure it meets the specified dimensions and file size for online upload.
- Signature: Your scanned signature, usually on white paper with black ink.
- Identity Proof: A valid government-issued ID such as Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Voter ID, or Driving License.
- Educational Certificates:
- Matriculation (Class X) Marksheet/Certificate (for age proof).
- Class XII Marksheet/Certificate (if applicable for Data Entry Operator posts).
- ITI Marksheets and Certificate (for Fitter Trade Apprentice).
- Diploma Marksheets and Certificate (for Technician Apprentice posts).
- B.A./B.Sc./B.Com Marksheets and Degree Certificate (for Attendant Operator, Secretarial Assistant, Accountant posts).
- Skill Certificate in 'Domestic Data Entry Operator' (if applicable for Code 111).
- Category Certificate (if applicable):
- SC/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer)/EWS Certificate issued by the competent authority. Ensure OBC certificates are in the Central Government format and issued within the prescribed period.
- Persons with Benchmark Disability (PwBD) Certificate as per the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Rules, 2017.
- Domicile Certificate: If required for any specific state-based reservation (though this is an All India recruitment, it's good to have if any local preference is mentioned in the full notification).
