Vacancy Details

IRCTC is looking to fill the following posts:

• Qualified CA/CMA: 02 Posts

Reservation as per Government of India policy for SC, ST, OBC-NCL, PwBD, EWS, and Ex-Servicemen is applicable.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for these positions, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Must be a Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost & Management Accountant (CMA).

• Minimum 02 years of post-qualification experience is required.
• Essential experience includes:
• 01 year working exposure of ERP/SAP, Oracle.
• 01 year working experience of accounting & taxation other than audit.

• For UR (Unreserved) Category: 40 years

Age relaxation will be provided to eligible categories as per Government guidelines:

• SC/ST applicants: Relaxable by 5 years
• OBC applicants: Relaxable by 3 years
• PwBD applicants: Relaxable by 10 years
• Ex-Service Men: Up to the extent of service rendered in defense plus 3 years.

Salary and Remuneration

The selected candidates will receive a total consolidated compensation (CTC) of Rs. 70,000/- per month, which includes statutory deductions and other applicable allowances.

Selection Process

The selection will be based on a walk-in interview. Candidates need to:

1. Fill out the application form completely.
2. Submit the filled application form at the interview venue along with original documents, one set of attested copies of required documents, and two recent passport-size photographs.
3. Attend the personal interview.

Candidates will be shortlisted based on their credentials and performance in the interview. An offer of engagement will be issued to suitable candidates in order of merit, subject to verification of antecedents. A reserved panel will also be created for suitable candidates equal to the number of vacancies.

Engagement is also subject to being medically fit as prescribed by IRCTC.

• Any other relevant documents as specified in the application form.

Important Instructions

• This engagement is purely contractual and does not guarantee regular employment in IRCTC.
• The contract can be terminated with one month's notice by either side. If performance is unsatisfactory, the contract may be terminated without notice.
• Only Indian Nationals are eligible.
• Candidates working in Government/PSUs must apply through proper channel or submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of the interview, or a relieving letter if selected.
• IRCTC reserves the right to cancel or amend the advertisement or selection process.
• The number of vacancies may increase or decrease.
• Candidates must ensure they meet all eligibility criteria. Furnishing false information can lead to termination of candidature or services.
• Selected candidates will have to furnish a security deposit of Rs. 25,000/- in the form of a Demand Draft.
